• Step 1 Click the Online Registration button
• Step 2 Sign up or log into the registration system
• Step 3 Fill out participant info
• Step 4 Choose the registration fee category and social events
• Step 5 Choose the payment method and make payment
• Step 6 Check your email for payment confirmation (Your registration has been successfully completed)

• -If you do not receive your payment confirmation letter via email, please contact the secretariat (info@ksmo2019.org).
• -The on-line registration page is optimized for Internet Explorer and Chrome. If you use other web browsers and have any problems with the registration, please download the registration form and send it back to the Secretariat by fax (+82-2-557-8428) or email(info@ ksmo2019.org)

Payment Method

Bank Wire Transfer

• -Fees must be transferred under the registrant’s name.
• -All bank fees for remittance are to be paid by the participant.
• -Outstanding balances will need to be settled onsite.
• -Receipt of remittance must be sent by e-mail (info@ksmo2019.org) for confirmation

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• -Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.
• -Written requests for cancellation should be sent by e-mail (info@ksmo2019.org) or fax (+82-2-557-8428).
• -The conference will refund registration fees to prepaid participants who cancelled their registration with the amount of the refund based on the date of cancellation.
• -Refunds will be made by bank transfer after the end of KSMO 2019.
