Tour Booking Conditions

1. 1.To apply, please contact the official travel agency at the latest 2 days prior to the tour date.
2. 2.For the DMZ tour, all travelers must bring a passport on the tour date.
3. 3.Payment can be made to a tour guide either by cash or card on the tour date.
4. 4.Tours are subject to change or cancel if the number of participants fails to reach the set minimum.
5. 5.Departure time can be changed. Confirmed time will be given by a travel agency via e-mail.
6. 6.Since the DMZ is operated by the military, the trip may be cancelled or changed without prior notice
7. 7.In case of cancellation, the travel agency will contact individually.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 1.Cancellation 1 day before the scheduled date: 50% penalty of the tour cost.
2. 2.Cancellation on the day of the tour: 100% penalty of the tour cost.
