We are very pleased to invite you to the 16^th Annual Meeting of the Korean Society of Medical Oncology & 2023 International Conference (KSMO 2023) · 11^th International FACO Conference, which will be held as a hybrid conference in Seoul, Korea from September 7^th to 8^th, 2023.

The Korean Society of Medical Oncology (KSMO) has been actively cultivating expertise in medical oncology since the foundation of the society in 2005. It has evolved as the largest nationwide cancer organization comprised of physicians and healthcare professionals committed to the multidisciplinary approach to optimal cancer care in Korea.

We expect that KSMO 2023 will gather physicians, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, scientists, and scholars in the field of medical oncology, and provide the opportunity to share experiences, insights, the latest information, and progress on cancer treatment.

Under the theme of “Collaboration beyond borders, Cancer research beyond limits”, this year’s conference will cover a variety of scientific discoveries and innovative technologies in cancer research and multi-modality treatment. We will expand our up-to-date knowledge about novel targeted therapy including antibody-drug-conjugates (ADC) and PROTAC, immunotherapy, optimizing T-cell redirection strategies for solid tumors, artificial intelligence-empowered precision medicine and organ preservation strategies. There will be a panel discussion on multidisciplinary approaches to oligometastasis.

We believe that scientific discussions and presentations by leading global experts as well as new research being carried out by young scientists will contribute to improving cancer treatment in both basic and clinical research. The outcome of the conference will pave the way for novel developments in drug therapy and bring brighter hope to those suffering from cancer worldwide.
