Only PC Window’s-based computers will be used during the conference, therefore if your presentation is created using a Mac it must be converted to a PC PowerPoint file before uploading/submitting. |

Session Room |
- The podium will be equipped with a monitor, microphone, mouse and smart pointer.
- We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop computer for your presentation to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility.
* Apple Macintosh / Apple Keynote / Personal Laptop Users: Please notice the secretariat in advance. Also please visit the onsite preview room and bring your Mini Display Port-VGA Adapter. |
Before your Presentation |
Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker.
- Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
- You will be responsible for controlling/advancing your presentation slides |

KSMO 2023 kindly ask you to use ‘Zoom’ program for recording your presentation.

- Before you start
Headphone or earphone with microphone
Laptop or Desktop with web camera
When recording, Please make sure to use your cursor to point the content of the slide that you want to draw attention to.
- During your presentation
Presentation |
At the start of your presentation, please introduce yourself, including your name, institution, and the title of your presentation. |
Finish |
At the end of your presentation, please say, "I'm done with my presentation." |
Disk Space |
Please make sure there is enough disk space on your local drive to record and save your screen recording. |

Please upload your Video file and Presentation file via ‘My Page’.

GUIDELINES FOR E-POSTER PRESENTATION
E-Poster Submission Due: August 18th (Fri), 2023
1. How to Prepare

- Your E-Poster will be available for online viewing at the virtual website.
- There is no specific presentation date and time.
- Participants can view posters and leave comments anytime. Please check often to respond to comments on your posters during the conference. |
Review for Award |
After the deadline, the Committee will review your submitted presentation file and select awardees.
Files submitted after the deadline will not be considered for an award.
